If you would like to place an order for your Boutique, orders can be submitted by phone, fax, email or at one of the many trade shows we participate in through out the year. Our PO form can be printed out here: Nelli PO Form ACCEPTED PAYMENT TYPES AMEX, Visa, MasterCard, and COD Money Order/Cashiers Check. Money Order and Wire Transfer paid in advance are the only form of payment accepted for International orders made over the phone or by email. Our Credit Card Authorization Form form can be printed out here: Credit Card Authorization Form. RETURN POLICY It is customers responsibility to inspect merchandise and make RA requests. All claims must be made within 5 days of receipt. Only damaged or defective merchandise will be accepted and must be returned in its original packaging with tags attached and must be accompanied by a return authorization form. A 10% restock fee will apply on all returns not in original packaging or missing tags. Credits given may not match credit amount on RA form if restocking fee is charged. Please remove all security and EAS tags before shipping. Merchandise must be returned within 7 business days of issuance of the RA number. If we do not receive merchandise within 14 business days of issuance of RA, the RA is void and will be returned to you. |
