It is customers responsibility
to inspect merchandise and make RA requests. All claims must be made within 5 days of receipt. Only
damaged or defective merchandise will be accepted and must be returned
in its original packaging with tags attached and must be accompanied by
a return authorization form. A 10% restock fee will apply on all returns
not in original packaging or missing tags. Credits given may not match
credit amount on RA form if restocking fee is charged. Please remove all
security and EAS tags before shipping. Merchandise must be returned within
7 business days of issuance of the RA number. If we do not receive merchandise within 14 business days
of issuance of RA, the RA is void and will be returned to you.
